We have worked for the client as a commercial/industrial consultant and with attorneys as an appraiser. We have done appraisals on all types of commericial and industrial properties including regional shopping centers, industrial buildings, office complexes, chemical companies, a national bus company including terminal buildings and garages, and a gravel pit, to name a few. In addition, Realtec Corporation has worked for Counties and Townships as consultant and appraisers for assessment purposes, including mass appraisal valuation for several Counties including Stephenson, Ogle and McHenry Counties. |
